My favourite keto friendly recipes

As you all know, I am trying this ketogenic lifestyle and I love it. I enjoy cooking healthy home cooked meals and I love experimenting other recipes as well. It’s a little hard looking for a recipe that is keto friendly because some condiments that I usually use has sugar, even flour is not considered keto friendly because it has starch. I found some good stuff online which I am about to share below. I’ve tried most of them too and really enjoyed it.

The Underground Tap and Grill

My fiance and I rarely go out but when we do, we make sure that we’re going to a place that’s worth our money. We love going to Downtown Edmonton for two reasons. First, my fiance works there and second is because of our favourite restaurant. I am talking about The Underground Tap and Grill. We’ve been to The Underground for countless times already but we never got tired of it. The interior, music, drinks and good food are just a few reasons why we always love to come back.

The Craft Beer Market experience

I’ve been hearing good things about the Craft Beer Market but didn’t get the chance to visit the place until last Sunday in our bloggers brunch. When I entered the pub, I immediately noticed how hip it was. The pub’s logo is painted on a brick wall which also serves as their reception area. They also have high ceilings and for someone who appreciates interior design (thanks to Property Brothers! lol), I consider it as one of their assets (besides their craft beer, of course).

What’s new at Mr. Park’s?

I’ve always been a fan of Mr. Park’s Bread and Cakes! I used to have coffee there when I was still working in Ortigas. I am not fond of their food though. My favorite coffee shops in Manila

I splurge a lot on coffee and I love discovering new coffee shops after work. My idea of a good coffee shop is something that has  1.) A nice interior 2.) A peaceful ambiance;  and the most important of all 3.) Good quality of coffee and pastries. With that being said, today I am to share with you my 5 Favorite Coffee Shops in Manila (aside from Starbucks and Coffee Bean)

Coffee, food and books overload at Cool Beans Library Cafe

Cool Beans is the first library café in the Philippines. It was already featured on several TV Shows in the country. Funny how I discovered the said cafe. They once liked my photo on Instagram and got curious about it.  I visited their account and having discovered that the restaurant has everything I love, I immediately set a date with my food buddies to pay the place a visit.

Food coma at “Gayuma ni Maria”

Stayed in Manila over the weekend and explored Maginhawa Street in Quezon City. The place was intriguing because as what I’ve read on the internet, Maginhawa is filled with lots of good and unique restaurants. So last Saturday, after having coffee with my roommate Queeya, we called her high school buddy Inoj and off we went on a food adventure.
